The D2M software (a secure web application) aims to provide an integrated management solution for the healthcare and nutrition professionals of Necker Hospital, to ease the monitoring and management of patients, their nutrition and their diets. The various D2M modules efficiently manage patient data, foods, dietary rations, menus and email follow-up.
The "Patient" module lets you view, create, edit and delete patient data, easing the management of medical information, diets, attending physicians and associated contacts. It also offers the ability to export data for easy documentation and sharing.
The "Food" module manages food-related data, allowing it to be viewed, created, edited and deleted. It also provides a history of actions performed on foods for precise tracking.
The "Dietary management" module offers advanced features for creating, editing and deleting dietary rations, automating certain calculations using predefined algorithms. It also lets you import calculations from Excel files and manage patients' medical prescriptions and food intake.
The "Menu management" module eases the creation, editing and deletion of food menus, allowing foods with portions to be added to configure meals. It also offers data-export features and the editing of weighing sheets and labels.
Finally, the "Email follow-up" module lets you personalise and automatically send follow-up emails to the relevant people, simplifying communication and patient monitoring.
